Referral program terms and conditions 

1 - Earnings:

• Referrers (or affiliates) can earn a commission of the trading fee on each of their referees' orders.
• Due to our pricing policy, referrers can only benefit from "taker" orders executed by their referees. Paymium apply negative fees on "maker" orders. Paymium already returns the commissions usually applied on "maker" orders to its clients thanks to its negative fee policy.
• The amount of the commission received by the Referrer represents 30% of the commission paid by the Referee, excluding the contribution returned to the Maker. 
• Referrers can accumulate as many referees as they want, without limit. 

2 - Eligibility

• All Paymium users can benefit from one referral link. 
• Paymium users don’t need to have passed their KYC in order to share their referral link.
• Paymium users need to pass their KYC in order to be able to trade their earnings or to withdraw them from the exchange platform.
• The company Paymium reserves the right to to revoke the earnings of a referrer who would not succeed in validating his KYC.

3 - Length of the referral program

• The referral program is permanent until further notice.
• The company Paymium reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral program with or without prior notice.
• The decision of Paymium in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

4 - Length during which referral links are valid. 

• Each Paymium user is provided with a unique and permanent referral link.
• Referrers receive a commission on the trades of their referees for a period of 6 months starting from the date of registration of their referee. 
• In the 6 months following the registration of their referee, referrers no longer receive commissions on their referees’ trades. 
• The referrer has 6 months to validate his account (KYC procedure) as from the date of the operation executed by his referee. If the referrer's account is not validated within 6 months following the operation of the referee, the reward paid to the referrer on this operation can no longer be claimed.
